All orders are handmade and processed within 2–5 business days. During peak periods (such as holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Magical Glow is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Magical Glow is not responsible for delays caused by postal services. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at:
